I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to push self imposed limitations

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience mental stress

I commit myself to be in the now, here aware, breath by breath 

I commit myself to do more conscious efforts results oriented

I commit myself to be calm and relaxed
